Engineered for the
Perfect Finish
20+ years of building surface finishing machines that manufacturers trust to deliver precision, every single run.

Vibratory Deburring Machines
Removes burrs and smooths edges through continuous vibratory action, with auto, manual, or 100% media separation.
Vibratory Driers
Removes moisture and media residue fast, leaving parts dry and ready for the next process.

Centrifugal Barrels
High-speed barrel action for rapid, heavy-duty finishing on tougher components.
Disc Finishing
A single rotating disc drives fast, uniform finishing for small to medium parts.

Tub Vibratory
Gentle, continuous vibratory action ideal for delicate or irregularly shaped parts.
Our Process
Every machine we build goes through the same careful process to get it right for you.

Share your part material, desired finish, volume, and available floor space. Our team will review your specs and reach out with the next steps.
2. Consultation
Our engineers analyze your requirements to recommend the ideal machine variant, alongside indicative pricing, capacity, and lead times.
3. Customization
Finalize the tub size, motor power, automation level, and separation type before confirming the final drawings and quote.
4. Delivery
Backed by 20+ years of expertise, your machine is built, factory-tested, and quality-checked.
5. Installation
Our team provides full on-site setup, commissioning, and operator training so your machine is handed over ready to run.
FAQs
Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend sending us a batch of your sample parts. Our engineering team will run them through our facility to determine the exact machine type, media, and cycle time required to achieve your specified finish. This ensures the equipment is perfectly matched to your application before you commit.
Yes, we provide a complete range of finishing media and compounds. Achieving the perfect finish requires the exact right combination of equipment and consumables. We supply the specific ceramic, plastic, or steel media, as well as the chemical compounds (liquid or powder) needed to optimize your deburring, polishing, or drying applications.
Our surface finishing machines are highly versatile and can process a wide spectrum of materials. This includes ferrous and non-ferrous metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium), various plastics, rubber, ceramics, and even delicate 3D-printed parts.
While the exact footprint and motor power will be finalized during your Customization phase, most of our industrial finishing machines require a standard 3-phase electrical supply. Depending on the machine type (especially wet vibratory deburring), you will also need access to a standard water line and proper floor drainage. We provide complete utility schematics prior to delivery so your site is ready.
